The IEEE ICCT is an annual conference, focusing on both theory and applications of communication technologies. In     addition to the technical sessions, there will be invited sessions, tutorials, keynote addresses, and exhibitions. The IEEE     ICCT 2011 will be held in Jinan, China on September 25-28, 2011.
