Camera ready upload instructions for EDAS can be found here.

In order for your paper to be in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore you need to complete these three steps:
1. Revise your Paper
2. Register for the conference with payment
3. Upload the Final Version of your paper in EDAS

1. Revise your Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers' recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proof read it. The final manuscript must NOT contain page numbers.

Review formatting requirements can be found here.

Page Limit: 6 pages (5 pages without additional charge and 1 additional page which will be charged 50 US dollars)

2. Register for the conference

You DO NOT have to register for the conference before you can upload your paper, but at least one author of an accepted paper MUST register with full rate before the registration deadline to make the paper appear in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Registration information is available here.

3. Upload your paper

Submission due: Your final paper must be uploaded in EDAS by August 1, 2011 (EDT - New York Time).

To submit your Final Paper paper, please go to EDAS, click on the “My Papers” button, and then upload your paper on the link provided. DO NOT go to "Papers/Submit paper". If you experience any problems during the upload process of your paper on EDAS, please contact

EDAS will check format for your paper, e.g., fonts, bookmarks. Papers that do not pass the format check of EDAS need to be further revised to make it compatible to IEEE format.

Change authors: You can add or remove authors from your final paper, but please make sure that the author list in the EDAS MUST be the same to that in your final paper. This is hard rule, failure to follow this rule might make your paper excluded from the conference proceeding and IEEE Xplore.

If you have any problems during final paper preparation or submission, please contact
